Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive student engagement, and support business growth.
Location - Varanasi
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for promotional materials and ad creatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support in organizing events, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Assist in collaborations, partnerships, and influencer outreach.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in marketing (internships/fresher experience acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media tools, and MS Office.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for the education/ed-tech sector.
