Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their academic goals, and guide them in selecting and enrolling in our various coaching programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary and others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for these specific competitive exams and possess a genuine passion for helping students achieve academic success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students. The role involves providing accurate program information, assisting with the enrollment process, and supporting students throughout their journey. A background in education or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting counseling or enrollment targets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a student-centric, results-driven environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the field of education.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
Support the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in planning annual/quarterly marketing calendars.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Create and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, PPC, webinars, events).
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Manage company presence on digital platforms including website, LinkedIn, and industry portals.
Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and organic reach.
Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
Create compelling B2B content such as case studies, whitepapers, product brochures, blogs, and presentations.
Work with designers or agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Ensure messaging is consistent with brand guidelines.
Plan and coordinate B2B events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
Prepare event materials, manage registrations, and track post-event leads.
Create sales decks, pitch documents, and product sheets.
Assist the sales team with targeted campaigns, proposals, and customer communication assets.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, campaign data, and customer insights.
Use CRM analytics to support segmentation and marketing automation.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with creative agencies, digital vendors, printers, and event partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2.14 years of experience in B2B marketing (depending on seniority level).
