Job DescriptionTheAnimation Academy Marketing Executivewill be responsible for drivingenrollment(sales growth),brand awareness, and generatingqualified student leadsthrough effective online campaigns and targeted local-market activities. This role requires a blend of analytical skills for digital performance and strong interpersonal skills for on-the-ground execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and manage all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, with a focus oncourse enrollment and portfolio submission deadlines.
- Content:Coordinate the creation of engaging online content (e.g.,student success stories, animation tutorials, faculty interviews, portfolio tips, infographics) and manage website updates for course offerings.
- Analytics:Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates (especially to application/enrollment), and ROI using tools like Google Analytics.
- Lead Generation:Optimize digital channels (e.g., lead forms, landing pages) to capture and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), primarily prospectivestudents and parents.
Field Marketing
- Event Execution:Plan, organize, and attend local events,high school/college fairs, career seminars, and industry conferencesto represent the academy and generate interest.
- Promotions:Coordinate and implement on-the-ground promotional activities, brand activations, and local partnership initiatives in specific regions, such asschool presentations or art competitions.
- Sales Alignment:Work closely with the regionalAdmissions/Counselling teamto ensure field activities directly support enrollment goals and provide them with necessary marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, demo reels).
- Local Insights:Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the designated territory to understand localdemand for animation skillsand the offerings of rival institutions.
General
- Budget Management:Oversee and manage allocated marketing budgets for both digital and field activities, ensuring cost-effective lead generation.
- Collaboration:Liaise with in-house creative (animation/design students or faculty), admissions, and external agencies/vendors (e.g., printing companies, event organizers).
