Vendor & Partner Management
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to develop catalogues, sales tools, marketing collaterals, and promotional gifts
- Manage procurement timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards for all marketing assets
Stakeholder & Budget Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Purchase, Brand, and Communications) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives
- Manage budget planning, monitoring, PO creation, approvals, and cost tracking for category marketing initiatives
- Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets and ROI-driven decision-making
Brand & Creative Collaboration
- Partner with Brand and Communication teams to ideate innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
- Contribute creative inputs for campaign themes, messaging, visual identity, and execution formats
Market Insights & Field Engagement
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends
- Translate on-ground insights into actionable marketing strategies and category growth opportunities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage Excel for campaign tracking, budget monitoring, performance reporting, and insights generation
