Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential markets, build brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure consistent communication of the company's value propositions to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.) to promote real estate projects.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as property expos, roadshows, on-ground activations, and customer engagement events.
  • Manage ATL campaigns including print media, outdoor advertising, radio, and digital promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for marketing materials, collateral, and media planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and lead generation targets.
  • Develop promotional content and assist in managing digital marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns).
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and analyze data to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and media representatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in ATL & BTL marketing activities, event management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Tamil, English) is highly desirable.
