The Role
As Marketing Executive – Merchandise & Marketing Operations, you'll be responsible for coordinating the production, inventory management and global distribution of marketing materials and branded merchandise.
Working closely with regional sales teams, marketing stakeholders, procurement and logistics partners, you'll ensure all collateral is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral & MerchandiseManagement
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing collateral and branded merchandise.
- Forecast demand in collaboration with regional teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across multiple markets.
- Prevent stock shortages, overproduction and unnecessary expenditure.
- Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Partner with regional sales teams to understand business requirements and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with print, production and merchandise suppliers.
- Source quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Oversee purchase orders, invoices and payment processes.
- Ensure suppliers consistently meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Production
- Oversee production from briefing through to final delivery.Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch to minimise errors and rework.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.Manage shipping documentation and compliance requirements.Track deliveries and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials across global locations.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate trackers for inventory, requests and dispatches.
- Provide regular updates on costs, timelines and project status.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.Support continuous improvement initiatives across marketing operations.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Essential Experience
- 3–5 years experience within marketing operations, procurement coordination, logistics or a related operational role.
- Proven experience managing projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines and operational processes.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within international or multi-site organisations.
- Exposure to shipping, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with marketing collateral, print production or branded merchandise.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes.
