ABOUT BRB

BRB is a better-for-you, mass-premium snacking brand built for India's urban, health-aware Gen-Z

consumer. Our flagship product — Popped Chips (available in Potato, Rice, and Corn variants) — is

made without frying or baking, sitting at the intersection of taste and better-for-you nutrition.

We also have two sub-brands: BRB Shortcuts (Peanut Butter Wafers) and BRB NoNo's (Baked Toasties).

BRB is distributed across q-commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto), Amazon, modern retail, vending

machines, corporates, and HORECA. We are a high-growth startup based in Gurugram, at an exciting

stage of scaling the brand across channels and cities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at BRB — a better-for-you, mass-premium snacking brand

targeting urban Gen-Z consumers. You will work directly under the Marketing Manager and own the

day-to-day execution of BRB's social media presence — including content, agencies, influencers, and

brand collaborations — as well as on-ground sampling activations at events. If you love building brands on

social, connecting with creators, and being present at events — this role is for you.

CORE FOCUS AREAS

Social media & creator ecosystem

End-to-end execution of BRB's social presence — content calendar, agency coordination,

influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, community management, and boosted content

across IG and YT.

Experiential & sampling

On-ground execution of brand sampling activations at college events, music festivals, and corporate offices — focused on trial, brand experience, and real-time content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social content execution

Own the content calendar across IG and YT. Brief and coordinate with content creators and agencies,

review outputs against brand guidelines and ensure posts go live on schedule.

Influencer & creator management

Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to BRB's target

audience. Coordinate briefs, deliverables, timelines, and ensure outputs are on-brand.

Brand collaborations

Agency coordination

Be the day-to-day point of contact for creative and content agencies. Manage briefs, feedback cycles, and

delivery timelines. Escalate roadblocks to the Marketing Manager as needed.

Community management

Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across BRB's social handles. Stay on top of trends and flag

relevant content opportunities or brand conversations to the Marketing Manager.

On-ground event execution

Coordinate logistics for sampling activations at colleges, music festivals, and corporate offices. Be present

on-ground to manage setup, brand experience, and real-time content capture.

Reporting & tracking

Track social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, influencer deliverables) and

event-level data (footfall, samples distributed). Compile weekly summaries for the Marketing Manager.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

– 1–3 years in a marketing, content, or brand role

– Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (not just personal accounts)

– Prior experience working with influencers or content creators

– Exposure to on-ground events or experiential activations a strong plus

– Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or youth-oriented brands preferred

Skills

– Strong understanding of Instagram — Reels, Stories, collabs, trends, and boosting

– Ability to write sharp, on-brand captions and creative briefs

– Comfortable managing multiple external partners simultaneously

– Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple workstreams

Cultural fit

– Genuinely plugged into Gen-Z culture — trends, memes, music, and food

– Comfortable being on-ground at events, sometimes on weekends

– Proactive — spots opportunities early, flags problems before they escalate

– Collaborative with internal teams and comfortable managing external partners

This role reports into the Marketing Manager and is part of a lean 2–3-person marketing team at BRB.

You will get direct exposure to brand building from the ground up, working closely with a co-founder-led

team.
