Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market plans, implementing marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and building strong communication strategies to promote the company's varied hospitality offerings. The role also involves identifying market trends, fostering customer relationships, and aligning with the company's goals to enhance brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, Ideate and execute social media & offline campaigns to work on content calendars ideas/inserts to support the brand and business goals.
Should be well established with all things digital and trend based approaches for all deliverables of a brand and its personality
Create and publish engaging and creative content (e.g. videos, images, graphics, etc.) for all social media platforms under the brand.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and professional manner on all social listening sites under the brand.
Handle CRM/ ORM platforms
Understands multitasking and framework models to execute multiple projects with deadlines and ad-hoc requirements from time to time
Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content and deliverables aligns with brand standards and messaging to execute in online and offline platforms.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments.
Ad-hoc requirements and new projects should be juggled well and managed in a day to day scheme of things.
Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including live music, trivia nights, and happy hours, etc according to the ethos of the brand.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
Identify and troubleshoot any potential challenges before they become problematic, and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate financial records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and industry professionals. A strong work ethic, but able to navigate any obstacle with just words.
Use social media and other marketing tools to promote events and increase attendance. Strong focus on this as it directly ties to performance metric within the organisation
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, pure marketing, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry or a related industry.
Strong creative and impeccable writing skills.
Proficient in social media management tools such as FB ad manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to challenges.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with event management software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
