About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Branding Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with around 1-2 year of experience who is passionate about content, branding, and digital storytelling, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creatives
- Monitor trends and leverage them to improve engagement and reach
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Assist in branding initiatives, campaigns, and product promotions
Requirements
- 1–2 year of experience in Social Media, Branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
