Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Identification: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, industries, and target markets.
- Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and detailed information.
- Prospect Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn and email
- CRM & Data Entry: Track lead interactions, log activities, and maintain records in CRM software.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, providing reports on progress and effectiveness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for effective lead generation.
Requirements
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
