Job Title: Marketing Executive

managed 100+ projects for 30+ clients, exceeding INR 300 Cr.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to support our

marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career and wants to grow in

B2B marketing, especially in the infrastructure and construction industry. You will assist in implementing marketing plans, supporting campaigns, conducting research, and engaging with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning: Implement marketing strategiesto drive business growth.

Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.

B2B Marketing: Lead B2B marketing initiatives, focusing on complex solution selling to high-level decision-makers in the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.

Cold Calling & Prospect Nurturing: Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts to nurture known prospects and convert

leads into opportunities.

Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, tailored to the target

audience.

Key Skills:

Interest in B2B marketing and willingness to learn complex solution selling.

Basic understanding or strong interest in infrastructure and construction industries.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet timelines.

Basic knowledge of marketing tools and MS Office; willingness to learn new platforms.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven record of results in B2B marketing and complex solution selling. Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is highly

preferred.

Qualifications:

BTech in any field.

MBA from Tier I/II institutes (not mandatory).
