Job Overview

PS Collaborations is looking for a confident and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell B2B software solutions to startups, MSMEs, and growing businesses. The role involves direct client interaction, field visits, lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
Promote and explain software solutions based on client needs.
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
Generate, follow up, and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and field visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain daily activity, lead, and client follow-up reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Any Graduate; freshers can apply.
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable meeting business owners and decision-makers.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-based role.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
