Role Description We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Executive to serve as the on-site coordination point between client and our agency team. The individual will work closely with doctors, hospital administrators, and staff to gather requirements, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns by the agency's off-site creative, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.

This role is physically based at the hospital but reports exclusively to the agency. The position does not have a reporting relationship with hospital management or staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital administration to collect marketing requirements and generate content for digital promotions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the hospital and agency teams.
  • Coordinate content creation, social media activities, campaigns, photoshoots, and video shoots.
  • Track all ongoing tasks and ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership.
  • Support presentation preparation and performance tracking.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, client servicing, account management, or hospital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, Bio-Tech or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Street-smart, proactive, and capable of working independently.
