Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a Funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.

Job Profile:

Plan, design, and execute end-to-end stall management for industry trade shows, consumer expos, and exhibitions.

Conceptualize and deploy high-impact BTL activations (pop-ups, sampling drives, kiosks, mall activations) to drive direct consumer trials.

Source, negotiate, and collaborate with vendors to ensure flawless execution within budget.

Execute Above-The-Line (ATL) media plans to build mass brand awareness.

Work with creative teams and agencies to translate core product USPs into compelling offline visual and textual collateral.

Build engaging product narratives and marketing kits that resonate with the target audience at every consumer touchpoint.

Ensure offline ATL/BTL campaigns align seamlessly with ongoing digital, performance, and social media campaigns for a unified brand experience.

Track lead generation, engagement rates, and overall ROI across all offline events and campaigns.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification preferred.

3–7 years of experience in ATL/BTL Marketing

Experience working with a D2C brand or in an Advertising / Event Agency handling 360-degree clients.

D2C experience required.

Must have strong offline marketing experience

Proven track record of personally managing stalls, trade show booths, and on-ground activations from concept to completion.

Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, creative copywriting oversight, and budget allocation skills.

Highly proactive, detailed-oriented, and comfortable with occasional travel for trade shows and multi-city activations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
