We are expanding our presence in Faridabad and looking for a dynamic marketing professional to strengthen our on-ground brand visibility and institutional relationships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to lead offline marketing initiatives in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
school and college outreach, local partnerships, and on-ground activations.
This role is highly field-oriented and requires strong networking, coordination, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- School & College Connect (Primary Focus)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, coordinators, and placement heads.
Organize seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and aptitude tests in schools and colleges.
Build long-term institutional partnerships.
Generate student leads through institutional tie-ups.
- On-Ground Brand Activation
Execute offline campaigns such as seminars, kiosks, education fairs, and local events.
Identify high-footfall areas for promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors for branding materials (banners, standees, pamphlets).
- Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Generate quality leads through field activities.
Coordinate with counselling and admissions team for follow-ups.
Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics.
Develop tie-ups with coaching centres, libraries, student communities, and local influencers.
Explore cross-promotional opportunities.
Track competitor activities in Faridabad.
Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and student preferences.
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in offline marketing (education industry preferred).
Strong network in Faridabad schools and colleges (highly preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable with field work and target-oriented environment.
Self-driven and relationship-focused.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
