About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of the brand's marketing initiatives across social media, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and website.
This role is execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and an understanding of fashion aesthetics, with exposure to both marketing and PR-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Execution
- Assist in executing the content calendar across Instagram and other platforms
- Coordinate for content shoots, including product readiness and asset management
- Upload and schedule posts, reels, and stories as per plan
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals and captions
2. Campaign & Shoot Support
- Assist in execution of campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and shoot requirements
- Manage shoot logistics including samples, look tracking, and asset organization
3. Influencer & PR Execution Support
- Assist in influencer outreach and coordination
- Manage product seeding, including packing, dispatch, and tracking
- Maintain trackers for influencer collaborations, deliveries, and postings
- Coordinate with PR agency for sample requirements and follow-ups
4. Website & Product Coordination
- Support product uploads and updates on the website
- Coordinate for product information, descriptions, and imagery
- Assist in maintaining consistency between website and marketing communication
5. Events & Activations Support
- Assist in execution of brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions
- Support with invite coordination, guest tracking, and on-ground logistics
- Ensure smooth execution as per brand guidelines
6. Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with design, merchandising, and marketing teams for day-to-day requirements
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and task tracking across multiple projects
- Maintain organized records of assets, communications, and ongoing activities
Who You Are
- 13 years of experience in fashion / lifestyle / marketing roles
- Strong interest in fashion and visual storytelling
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Understanding of social media and influencer ecosystems
- Proactive, reliable, and execution-focused
