We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Marketing Executive to spearhead growth and digital presence for Karkhana, a premier Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Box Build provider, and its flagship AI-powered product, Dashnode.
The ideal candidate is a T-shaped marketer: someone who possesses deep execution skills in video production and outbound automation, underpinned by a sophisticated understanding of B2B branding and LinkedIn strategy. You will be responsible for translating complex manufacturing capabilities and AI logic into compelling narratives that drive global demand.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Growth Marketing & Outbound Operations
- Lead Generation: Design and manage end-to-end outbound email sequences (via Apollo, HubSpot, or GMass) targeting the ICP
- Pipeline Management: Own the lead-to-MQL conversion process, ensuring high-quality data hygiene and consistent follow-up strategies
- Performance Analytics: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on email copy, subject lines, and landing pages to optimize open and click-through rates
2. Multi-Media Production & Visual Identity
- End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact video content. This includes behind-the-scenes features of our SMT lines and Box Build assemblies at Karkhana and also Dashnode
3. Social Media Strategy & LinkedIn Authority
- Brand Positioning: Execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content calendar that establishes Karkhana as a thought leader in the EMS and Make in India ecosystem.
- Community Management: Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients.
- Executive Branding: Partner with the leadership team to craft professional thought-leadership content, enhancing their personal brands within the tech and manufacturing sectors.
- Thought Leadership and LinkedIn Marketing: Create high quality thought leadership content and execute a strategy for LinkedIn for both the brands.
4. Full-Stack Brand Stewardship
- Messaging: Ensure brand messaging for Karkhana's physical manufacturing excellence and Dashnode's software-led intelligence.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and pitch decks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 1 - 2 years in B2B Marketing, Growth or a Creative Agency. Exposure to SaaS or Industrial Tech is a significant advantage.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Growth: Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Creative: Advanced proficiency in video editing software and a strong eye for visual design.
- Social: Expert-level understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm and professional engagement tactics.
