We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Data Analyst Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires expertise in digital marketing campaigns as well as data-driven analysis to optimize performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Create engaging content in collaboration with design/content teams.
Drive lead generation through PPC, display, and remarketing campaigns.
Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
Data Analytics
Collect, clean, and analyse data from marketing campaigns, CRM, and web analytics tools.
Monitor and report website traffic, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel to prepare dashboards and insights.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
Track competitor analysis, customer behaviour and digital trends for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
13 years of experience in digital marketing and/or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Knowledge of SQL or Python (for data analysis) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
