Educational Qualification

• MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
• B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Industrial Marketing, Technical Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Electrical, Electronics, Power Distribution, Industrial Components, or Manufacturing industries.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Marketing Executive to support the company's branding, digital marketing, product promotion, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. The candidate should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and marketing skills to effectively promote industrial and electrical products in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Website Management

• Manage and update company websites, blogs, and digital platforms.
• Publish product information, technical content, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute digital content calendars.
• Monitor website performance and support SEO initiatives.

Content Development & Branding

• Develop brochures, presentations, newsletters, product catalogs, datasheets, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate branding activities with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support new product launch campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

Exhibition & Event Management

• Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and booth arrangements.
• Track exhibition leads and coordinate follow-up with sales teams.

Public Relations & Customer Engagement

• Coordinate with PR agencies, industry publications, and media partners.
• Develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
• Support publication of technical articles and product-related content.

Product Marketing & Sales Support

• Prepare product presentations, technical literature, and marketing tools.
• Support marketing activities for EMI/EMC Filters, Intelligent Power Strips (IPS), PDUs, and related products.
• Work closely with sales teams to drive business growth.

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Support lead generation campaigns through online and offline channels.
• Prepare marketing MIS reports and campaign performance analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of B2B and Industrial Marketing.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Website Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with WordPress, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
