Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, stories, videos, and photo content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with the brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
• Craft visually stunning and aspirational content showcasing luxury villas, lifestyle, and experiences.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners that align with the luxury brand image.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports on ROI and engagement metrics.

Event & Shoot Management

• Coordinate and oversee photo shoots, video shoots, and influencer visits at villa properties.
• Manage logistics, styling, crew, and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Organize and manage exclusive brand events or influencer stays to promote property launches or seasonal campaigns.

Community & Brand Engagement

• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community building.
• Stay updated with current trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) for integrated campaign execution.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

1. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
2. Act as the key point of contact for local partners, ensuring alignment with brand values for gifting
3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand communication.

Customer Experience (CX) & Handover Management

1. Assist in home handovers, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for homeowners.
2. Curate and manage viewing gifts, ensuring high-quality, thoughtful selections.
3. Enhance overall customer engagement by delivering a personalized brand experience.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media.
• Strong hands-on experience in filming, editing reels/videos, and using editing tools (like Final Cut Pro, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
• Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle aesthetics and current digital trends.
• Strong network of influencers/content creators in the travel, lifestyle, or luxury segment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-location for shoots or events at villas.
