As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Marketing Executive Intern to support brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital and offline channels.
Role OverviewThe Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing & Founder's Office teams to drive campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, support community initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone creative, organised, and eager to contribute to the growth of a consumer-facing startup.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Planning & Execution- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and performance channels.
- Support content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications.
- Track campaign performance and share optimisation recommendations.
2. Social Media & Content- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and social creatives aligned with the brand tone.
- Monitor trends and generate content ideas to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, or agencies when required.
3. Community & Brand Activities- Plan local outreach campaigns to onboard workers (maids, cooks, caregivers) in key areas.
- Support partnership outreach with RWAs, corporates, NGOs, and local communities.
- Assist in organising small on-ground events, camps, or awareness activities.
4. CRM & User Engagement- Draft push notifications, emailers, and WhatsApp messages to educate and engage users.
- Analyse customer responses and suggest improvements in communication strategy.
5. Research & Insights- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Track industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Share weekly reports on campaign performance and insights.
6. Coordination & Execution- Work with the product, operations, and sales teams to support cross-functional projects.
- Manage vendor coordination for printing, collateral, event materials, etc.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a polished and professional tone.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or social media analytics is a plus.
- 02 years of experience; freshers with strong skills may apply.
