Role Summary

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and leads.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities like content creation, social media, emailers, events, and basic performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute ideas and assist in executing marketing campaigns (social, email, events, website, collateral).
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and external vendors for creatives, brochures, events, and promotional material.
  • Conduct basic market/competitor research and compile simple reports and presentations.
  • Manage and update social media pages, website content, and marketing databases/CRM under guidance.
  • Track key campaign metrics (opens, clicks, leads, enquiries) and prepare weekly/monthly dashboards.
  • Support execution of events, webinars, exhibitions, and internal marketing activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (email writing, coordination, basic copywriting).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO basics, email tools, analytics).
  • Good MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), comfort with CRM/marketing tools; numerical comfort for basic data analysis.
  • Creativity, eye for detail, ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple small tasks.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 12 years of hands-on experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or sales support role (internships can be counted).
  • Exposure to B2B/B2C campaigns, social media management, or content creation is preferred, not mandatory.

Good To Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva/Adobe, basic marketing automation, and Google Analytics/Meta Ads reporting.
  • Experience in your target industry (e.g., IT/SAAS, digital agency, etc.) and comfort working with cross-functional teams
