We are seeking a partnerships & marketing executive who can take charge of building and managing strategic partnerships within the interiors and workspace ecosystem. The ideal candidate should also oversee marketing initiatives and ensure seamless communication with clients and vendors. This is a fast-paced role that requires quick learning, strong execution, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Interior partnerships & vendor management:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant partners such as flooring companies, furniture manufacturers, AC and electrical brands, tech providers, and other interior solution vendors.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables.
- Liaise with partners for collaboration proposals, and integrated offerings for Workved clients.
- Marketing & communication:
- Oversee marketing activities across social media, website, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with the social media manager to plan content, maintain brand identity, and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Support creative development for videos, posts, and campaigns, ensuring content aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture project updates, client stories, and completed designs for promotional use.
- Client & internal communication:
- Act as a communication bridge between designers, vendors, production teams, and clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, professional interactions, and clarity on project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents as needed.
- Operational coordination:
- Support the interior design team in project-specific coordination.
- Manage documentation, presentations, monthly reports, and progress tracking.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
