Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive | Improvians

Improvians is looking for a Marketing Executive to help grow our B2B engineering services business and strengthen our presence in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns

* Create marketing content, presentations and sales collateral

* Generate leads and manage client outreach and follow-ups

* Manage LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities

* Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing and sales

* Support proposals and business development activities

* Maintain CRM and marketing records and track campaign performance

* Attend relevant events, meetings and networking opportunities

* Work closely with engineering and management teams on marketing initiatives

* Research new markets, industries and customer segments where our existing capabilities can be leveraged

* Explore opportunities for new services, products or software that Improvians could develop and commercialize

What We Are Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field

* 1–3 years of experience preferred

* Strong communication, research and presentation skills

* Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation

* Good business and analytical thinking

* Ability to work independently and take ownership

* Experience with CRM and digital marketing tools is a plus

* Engineering, technology or product development experience is an advantage
