Location: Karve Nagar, Pune

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with an MBA background and solid experience in IT and AV product sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SD-WAN Sales, networking equipment like Cisco and HP switches/routers, and a flair for creating impactful marketing strategies and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and drive sales of IT infrastructure products such as Cisco and HP switches and routers.
  • Understand and support SD-WAN (Software-Defined WAN) solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pitch AV (Audio-Visual) marketing solutions and conference room integration solutions to corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for customer proposals and RFPs.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales team to design marketing strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage content for product marketing, brochures, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads and inquiries.

  • Travelling to visit customer is mandatory

Key Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or related field (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in IT hardware/networking sales, with focus on SD-WAN, Cisco, and HP products.
  • Strong knowledge of AV and conference room technology solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to create and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Proficiency in BOQ preparation and product specification documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, identify leads, and close sales.
  • Familiarity with design marketing and branding strategy is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise sales or solution-based selling.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and AV integration.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
