We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused marketing professional to support brand building, customer acquisition, social media growth, and partnership marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Support lead generation initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.
- Assist in planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities to drive user growth and engagement.
Partnership & Co-brand Marketing
- Support partnership marketing initiatives with merchants, strategic partners, and ecosystem partners.
- Assist in co-branded campaigns, promotional activities, and business collaborations.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
PR & Events
- Assist in organizing media activities, product launches, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Support public relations efforts and media communications.
- Coordinate event logistics and post-event reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
- Strong interest in marketing, fintech, payments, technology, or financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with strong execution abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
