About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Extuent Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day digital marketing activities, driving brand presence across social media platforms, and supporting lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram on a consistent basis.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize reach and ROI.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to build brand trust.
Lead Generation
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Build and maintain lead pipelines using landing pages, lead forms, email campaigns, and social media ads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality lead handover and follow-up processes.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to continuously improve lead quality and volume.
AI Tools & Innovation
- Utilize AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, etc.) to streamline content creation, audience targeting, and campaign automation.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI marketing tools and recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and output quality.
Content & Communication
- Create compelling marketing collateral including social media posts, ad copy, presentations, and emailers.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Prepare and deliver marketing performance presentations to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong foundational knowledge are welcome).
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram — both organic and paid.
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills — ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace, and at least one CRM or email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
