Role Overview
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in content-driven marketing, with a strong focus on content writing, brand communication, and social media content. This role is primarily focused on writing, with additional involvement in social media planning and coordinating with the design team. A good visual sense and willingness to learn are important.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing (Primary Role)
- Write LinkedIn posts (primary platform)
- Draft social media content across platforms
- Write newsletters and email content
- Assist in blog writing and long-form content
- Work on campaign messaging and content ideas
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms
- Maintain brand tone and consistency in communication
Social Media Support
- Assist in creating social media calendar
- Platforms: LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X
- Write captions and post copy
- Suggest content ideas and post formats
Creative Coordination
- Share content briefs with graphic designer
- Ensure content aligns with visuals
- Suggest carousel concepts and layouts
- Maintain consistency in messaging
Requirements
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong interest in content writing (very important)
- Good written English skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Good visual sense and creativity
- Willingness to learn and grow in marketing
- Graduate in Marketing / BBA / B.Com / Mass Communication preferred
