Job Summary
We are looking for a
creative, proactive, and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning and executing marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on
digital marketing, social media management, branding, and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about
content, online marketing, campaign execution, and brand communication, and stays updated with the latest
digital trends and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns & Content: Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, email, and web; create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and creatives.
- Social & Listings: Manage company social handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and maintain listings on platforms like IndiaMART.
- Paid & Analytics: Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads); monitor performance via Google Analytics and social insights.
- Brand & Collateral: Support branding initiatives and coordinate with designers to produce marketing materials and communication assets.
- Lead Gen & Research: Drive lead generation activities and conduct market/competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and paid campaign management (Google Ads).
- Experience using B2B lead platforms such as IndiaMART is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, creative thinking, and branding awareness.
- Analytical mindset, organized, able to multitask, and proactive in staying up-to-date with digital trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Marketing Coordination
- Experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period
