Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, managing internal systems (CRM/BMME), and ensuring effective project planning and execution across marketing and operational activities.
This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, system discipline, and strong project management capabilities to ensure timely delivery, process efficiency, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate development of website, Advertisement contents, marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and campaigns
- Support lead generation initiatives and align marketing activities with business targets
- Work closely with sales teams to support business conversion strategies
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for campaigns, branding, and events
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
B. Content & Communication
- Create and manage marketing content, including posts, newsletters, and client communication
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals
- Ensure all communications comply with UAE regulatory and internal compliance standards
C. System / Software Administration
- Manage and maintain internal systems such as CRM / BMME platform requirements and coordination
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Coordinate with IT/vendors for system issues, enhancements, and automation
D. Project Management
- Develop project plans, timelines, and task allocations
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, external vendors)
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and ensure proactive resolution
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all ongoing projects
- Ensure projects are aligned with business goals, compliance, and quality standards
E. Data & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance and ROI
- Provide regular updates on lead generation, conversions, and engagement metrics
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and reporting integrity
F. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure all activities adhere to UAE regulatory and company compliance requirements
- Support implementation of secure data handling and communication protocols
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience with CRM systems / insurance platforms (preferred)
- Solid project management and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (MIS, dashboards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, or project tracking tools is an advantage
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing / operations / project coordination
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry (preferred)
