About the job

Job Title :- Marketing Executive cum Content Creator

Function :- Marketing

Location - New Friends Colony, New Delhi

Working Time :-

6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

9:30 am to 6 pm office hours

Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education:- Undergraduate

12th Standard Graduate also applicable (Minimum: 12th with result in hand.)

Work Experience:- Fresher with good communication skills.

Min. 6 months 1 years exp.

Gender - Male & Female Both.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Meta ads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
• Create short-form content (Reels, posts, captions, stories)
• Write content for events, webinars, ads, and student communication
• Coordinate with the admissions team to align content with leads & conversions
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPL)
• Assist in on-ground marketing activities & events

Skills we are looking for :

• Good command over English & Hindi
• Strong content sense (hooks, storytelling, clarity)
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads & social media growth
• Comfortable with Canva / basic editing tools
• Proactive mindset you don't wait to be told everything

Compensation Band -

For fresher (16k in hand- 20k ctc.)

For Exp- Up to 21k to 25k In hand/CTC same. (no pf Deduction)

Incentive: Flat 1Lakh
