Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage content across website, app, email, and social platforms
- Write and oversee high-quality content for sports experiences, blogs, and campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with designers and external creators for visual and video content.
2. Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, partnerships, and tech teams
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for content and campaign deliverables
- Manage backend updates for campaigns (offers, listings, banners, etc.)
- Ensure timely execution and smooth operational flow of all marketing activities.
3. Performance Marketing Support & Optimization
- Support paid marketing efforts with content, creatives, and landing page inputs
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement)
- Analyse results and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and user journeys.
4. Website & Platform Content Management
- Oversee website/app content updates related to campaigns and experiences
- Ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and user-friendly presentation
- Collaborate with content/ops team for timely uploads and updates
5. Insights & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Use data to refine content strategy and marketing planning
- Stay updated on sports trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity
6. End-to-End Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Own campaign calendars aligned with sports seasons, events, and key moments
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finish
- Coordinate launches including landing pages, creatives, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital, e-commerce, or consumer platforms
- Strong experience in content creation, campaign planning, and execution
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sports, travel, or experience-based platforms
- Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS tools and basic marketing tech stacks
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
