About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives across our catering and venue brands. This role will play a key part in executing content, campaigns, digital presence, and on-ground initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, digitally and AI savvy, and eager to grow in a fast-paced premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Support content planning, creation, and scheduling across social media platforms for catering and venue brands.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and maintain an organized content library.
• Attend events and ensure timely capture and posting of content across social media channels.
• Assist in executing campaigns that showcase events, menus, collaborations, and brand stories.

Digital Marketing & Lead Management

• Coordinate website updates, online listings, and aggregator partnerships.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights.
• Ensure inquiry forms, listings, and lead generation channels are updated and functioning effectively.

PR, Collaborations & Events

• Support influencer outreach, PR initiatives, gifting campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with event planners, partners, and collaborators for venue showcases and styled shoots.
• Assist in the planning and execution of brand-led events and marketing activations.

Marketing Collateral & Branding

• Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collaterals including pitch decks, brochures, menus, and event concept presentations.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with operations teams, designers, and vendors for customized event branding and collateral execution.

Coordination & Project Management

• Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and basic budget tracking for campaigns and activities.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, events, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

Qualifications
