We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Executive who wants to grow with us and play an important role in building the Bixel brand across Australia and internationally.

Primary Objective

Your primary responsibility will be to increase brand awareness, strengthen Bixel's market positioning, and generate engagement through organic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our founders and design team to execute marketing strategies that build authority, credibility, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Content

• Manage and organise client testimonials, case studies, portfolio projects, marketing assets, and brand resources.

• Coordinate with designers to create marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, videos, brochures, and promotional material.

• Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, and thought leadership articles.

• Assist in planning and executing content calendars across multiple channels.

• Help maintain brand consistency across all communication.

Digital Marketing

• Execute and improve SEO strategies.

• Manage social media platforms and increase organic engagement.

• Maintain and optimise Google Business Profile.

• Monitor website traffic and suggest improvements.

• Conduct website audits and recommend enhancements.

• Update website content, case studies, portfolios, and landing pages using WordPress.

Authority & Brand Building

• Identify opportunities for guest blogging, PR, podcasts, interviews, industry publications, and third-party content publishing.

• Research and apply for relevant business and industry awards.

• Support speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, and networking events.

• Help build Bixel's authority within the Neuro Design, branding, and marketing space.

Strategic Partnerships

• Research and connect with marketing agencies, consultants, software companies, business advisors, and other organisations for white-label and referral partnerships.

• Build and maintain a database of potential strategic partners.

• Support collaboration initiatives and joint marketing campaigns.

Marketing Operations

• Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Maintain CRM and marketing databases.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English.

• Passionate about marketing, branding, and business growth.

• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.

• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.

• Comfortable speaking with clients in Australia and building professional relationships.

• Creative with strong attention to detail.

• Confident working independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of:

• Digital Marketing

• SEO

• Social Media Marketing

• WordPress

• Google Business Profile

• Blog and Content Writing

• Google Analytics and Search Console (preferred)

• AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity (preferred)

Education & Experience

Mandatory:

• MBA in Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing.

Compensation:

INR 40,000 + incentive

Job Type

Full time & hybrid. (3 days from the office in Ahmedabad on Science City road)
