Overview
- Marketing professional with experience of around 1 to 2 years, preferably from a similar industry background (PR & Comms Industry).
- Primarily supportthe Marketing and New Business Head and facilitate a multi-faceted role with responsibilities in marketing, new business and internal stakeholder management
Job Responsibilities -
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy of the agency, focusing on objectives such as awareness, brand building, and new business acquisition in India
- Collaborate with global counterparts to create APAC strategies and ensure a cohesive communication strategy for the Indian market aligned with global objectives.
- Manage internal stakeholders to foster smooth collaboration and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Lead big-picture campaigns of our global report IPs i.e. Brands in Motion (Overall, Health, Tech) from a 360* marketing perspective, with our APAC Teams
- Oversee the management of the CRM tool and optimize processes to enhance efficiency in new business development activities, hand-in-hand with APAC
- Take ownership of creating compelling case studies for awards and pitches, showcasing the agency's achievements and capabilities.
- Provide support for new business pitches by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that effectively showcase the agency's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Ensure smooth updates of Avian's owned marketing channels Website, Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-inand Instagram and managing our knowledge repository creds, case studies and collateral.
- Support & facilitate AVIAN We.spresence at industry events, speaker opportunities and sponsorships by prioritizing againstbusiness objectives and budget as guided.
