About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our

Business Development and Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a

technical background in Mechanical Engineering along with marketing knowledge,

enabling them to effectively coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal

departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Quotations to Purchase Orders (PO) by coordinating with

technical teams.

Handle costing activities, including price calculations, margins, and proposal

preparation.

Manage Aftermarket orders , ensuring smooth coordination between internal

teams and customers.

Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and order documentation.

Follow up with customers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery

schedules.

Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely order

execution.

Assist the Business Development team in identifying potential opportunities and

supporting sales growth.

Able to do field Visits if required to aftermarket & customers.

Preparation of Audit documents If necessary.Required Skills

Basic understanding of industrial products / mechanical components.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of quotation preparation, costing.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Technical background with B.E. Mechanical combined with MBA in Marketing.

12 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or industrial

sales.

Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
