Who Can Apply
- Candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design.
- Freshers with strong design skills and good knowledge of graphic design tools.
- Designers with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and/or print work.
- Individuals comfortable working with AI design tools and video editing software.
- Candidates who are proactive, creative, and eager to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Work on UI/UX elements for websites and digital platforms.
AI-Powered Design
- Use AI design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Google flow or Gemini) to speed up creative workflows.
- Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Leverage AI for image enhancement, background removal, and generative visuals.
- Stay updated on emerging AI design trends and incorporate them into projects.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Assist in photography sessions and post-production editing.
Social Media Content
- Design and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and dimensions (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media design trends and suggest creative improvements.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and creating short-form content.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategies and current trends.
- A keen sense of typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity and range across different design styles.
