Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for B2B lead generation, email marketing campaigns, CRM management, and identifying potential clients for IT services and technology solutions. Candidates with good communication skills, knowledge of lead generation tools, and an interest in outbound marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, directories, databases, websites, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services, staff augmentation, and technology solutions.
- Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate contact details.
- Work closely with the sales and Marketing team to support outbound outreach campaigns.
- Identify decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, CTOs, HR Heads, and Product Managers. Email Marketing
- Cold email outreach campaigns using platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, etc.
- Create and manage email sequences for different industries and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversions. CRM Management
- Basic CRM systems Knowledge.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Generate reports related to lead generation and campaign performance.
- Ensure proper data hygiene and CRM organization. Additional Responsibilities
- Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with management for campaign planning and execution.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest B2B marketing and outbound trends.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of B2B Lead Generation and Email Marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or lead databases.
- Strong communication and written English skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
