Responsibilities

  • Support and execute MathWorks events (in-person and online) across India, including webinars, seminars, workshops, campus events, and regional tradeshows.
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordination, booth setup, catering, and shipments.
  • Support the full event cycle for assigned events, including pre-event setup, event delivery, and post-event follow-up under CET guidance.
  • Partner with Sales, Application Engineers, Field Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure event readiness and smooth execution.
  • Manage pre-event and post-event activities such as registration pages, attendance lists, lead uploads, and event reporting.
  • Handle operational tasks including purchase requests, invoices, and budget tracking for assigned events.
  • Utilize CET templates, tools, and workflows to ensure consistent execution and documentation.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of recurring event processes and contribute to maintaining event best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring activities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the willingness to follow established standards.
  • Hands-on executor who takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through.
  • Interest in learning scalable event models and growing into managing larger or more complex events.
  • Experience working within a centralized event support or shared services model preferred.
  • Tech industry experience a plus.
