Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Event Coordinator, located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing events, coordinating with clients, and managing event logistics. The coordinator will be responsible for fostering client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle. Additionally, the role requires strategizing and implementing event marketing plans to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in developing and executing Event Marketing strategies
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to work well within a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising or events industry is an advantage
