Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Engineer located in Pune. The Marketing Engineer will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales, maintaining customer relationships, and excellent communication with clients and team members. The Marketing Engineer is also expected to collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the product offerings and help with product messaging for various customer cohorts.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data-driven methods to develop marketing strategies
• Experience in conducting market research with an ability to use the results to drive marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience in sales and marketing in the industrial sector
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Experience with CRM software and Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity with industrial boilers, steam turbines, and energy-efficient products is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a team and on tight deadlines
