Marketing Engineer - Heat Pump

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development of Heat Pump products.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, references, market research, and other business development activities.
• Identify and develop new B2B and B2C customers.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, dealers, and end customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and requirement discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/Heat Pump solutions.
• Develop new OEM and channel partner opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Maintain regular CRM updates and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for site requirements and project execution.
• Be willing to travel PAN India as per business requirements.
• Stay updated on HVAC, Heat Pump, MEP, and related industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales/business development, preferably in Heat Pumps, HVAC, MEP, or related products.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and Heat Pump products.
• Knowledge of MEP, plumbing, ceramics, or related building services/products will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales and business development.
• Experience in developing new OEMs, dealers, consultants, or institutional customers will be preferred.
• Strong lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing new markets.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• B.Sc. or other relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
• M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
