What will you be doing here

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g. email, content marketing, social media etc).
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline
• Create and manage product launch strategies, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in demand generation and product marketing.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of driving successful demand generation and product marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
