Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and enrollment growth of the institute. This role requires a visionary leader who understands both traditional and digital marketing trends in the education sector and can effectively position the institute as a premier destination for learning.

Key Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
  • Drive enrolment growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Brand Management:
  • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Lead social media presence, SEO/SEM campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
  • Utilize analytics to measure ROI and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Admissions & Outreach:
  • Support admissions team with lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Events & Public Relations:
  • Plan and execute open houses, webinars, seminars, and institute events.
  • Handle media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when required.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to align campaigns with institutional objectives.
