Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Director

Department: Marketing

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business growth initiatives of Forever Tourism LLC. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and creative skills to drive brand visibility, digital presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all tourism and travel verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the marketing team to achieve measurable outcomes.

2. Branding & Communication:

  • Oversee all branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns (online and offline).
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and regions.
  • Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.

3. Digital Marketing:

  • Supervise digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage website performance, analytics, and online reputation.
  • Leverage paid media and influencer collaborations to maximize engagement and conversions.

4. Product & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute destination-specific campaigns for Dubai and international tour packages.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to develop marketing materials and promotions.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and optimize marketing spend for better efficiency.

5. Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Present monthly performance reports, KPIs, and market insights to senior management.

6. Public Relations & Events:

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Build relationships with media, PR agencies, and travel influencers to generate visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing growth-focused marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
