Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing strategy from our Bengaluru office. The Marketing Director will be responsible for market segmentation, marketing planning, overseeing marketing operations, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing strategy development
• Experience in Sales and brand growth initiatives
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred
• Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle products sector is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
