We are seeking a Marketing Director for a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning campaigns, and overseeing marketing management activities. Key responsibilities include aligning marketing efforts with sales initiatives, managing a team of professionals, and driving overall brand growth and visibility.

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Proficient in conducting Market Research and data analysis
• Comprehensive understanding of general Marketing practices and principles
• Experience in driving Marketing and Sales alignment for business growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience within a SaaS or technology-driven organization is highly desirable
