Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources including Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, and ad campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, CTR, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics.
  • Evaluate campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, social, email, SEO, etc.) and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support marketing teams with data-driven insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Perform A/B testing, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling to understand customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Present findings through clear data storytelling, visualizations, and executive summaries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with Python or R (preferred).
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
