Are You a Highly Organized Person Who Can Speak Data, Write Technical Documents in Perfect English, and Manage Important Projects to Success on Time

  • Do you have the data intuition to look at a report and immediately spot a trend or a red flag that others might miss
  • Are you comfortable enough with data jargon that you can translate complex analyst-speak into simple, actionable updates for the rest of the team
  • Have you sat in a meeting about algorithms or user information and walked away with a crystal-clear understanding of the data requirements
  • Can you take a chaotic, hour-long brainstorming session and turn it into a structured list of tasks, deadlines, and data specs by the time the meeting ends
  • Are you skilled at digging for the truth in a project—asking the right follow-up questions to find out where a bottleneck actually is
  • Do you pride yourself on being two steps ahead, anticipating the data or documents needed before a meeting even begins
  • Are you driven by ensuring data integrity and accuracy that serve as the foundation for executive decision-making
  • Can you constantly focus on how to use all your skills and knowledge to make profit by optimizing our marketing
  • Do you follow through on the things you start
  • Can you speak and write excellent English

If that sounds like you, let's talk. We have a perfect role for you.

About the Role:

  • You will play a crucial role in streamlining our data operations, acting as the primary filter for communications and data project tracking.
  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of our data initiatives, from triaging complex emails to ensuring every meeting results in documented, actionable data requirements.
  • Your goal will be to serve as a second brain for the team, knowing the status of every data request and ensuring that every team member is both informed and held accountable.

Responsibilities:

Inbox Triage:

Manage email threads, identifying high-priority data requests and answering inquiries on behalf of the team to ensure no communication stalls.

Meeting Synthesis & Insights:

Attend meetings regarding data analysis; capture complex details and translate them into clear, actionable next steps and summaries.

Project Accountability:

Proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

Data Documentation:

Create and maintain clear records of analytics requests, meeting outcomes, analytic specs, and data requirements so the truth of a project is always documented and accessible.

Data Literacy & Quality Control:

Review post-meeting data results/reports to ensure they align with the decisions made during discussions and flag any inconsistencies.

Pre-Meeting Briefing & Intel:

Review all upcoming meeting agendas and stakeholder requests in advance to brief the Lead Analyst on the who, what, and why; ensure the analyst is armed with the necessary context and that all data outputs are vetted for relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years experience in Executive Assistance, Project Management, or as a Junior Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, while being firm about deadlines and proactive about project needs.
  • Strategic Synthesis: The ability to sit in a complex meeting, ignore the noise, and identify the 3–4 most critical analytical takeaways.
  • Attention to Detail: A detective mindset. You'll be responsible for reviewing reports and briefing the Lead Analyst before meetings, catching outliers or errors that others might miss.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work remotely and help manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility, can take initiative and be independent with their responsibilities.
  • Cultural Fit: Understanding of and alignment with the company's values and culture, and being able to act with urgency.
