Job Description

As an Admission Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity.   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote admission campaigns, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to create compelling content that highlights program strengths and unique offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in recruitment efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to enhance engagement with prospective students.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, both on-campus and off-campus, to connect with potential applicants and showcase the institution.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other organizations to expand outreach efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and achieve team objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admission marketing to ensure the institution remains competitive and innovative.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for education. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in marketing practices and outreach efforts.

This is full time job but we are flexible with parttime for right and experienced candidates.
